Get ready to turn up your Sundays! 🔥 Sunday Heels with Honey is a high-energy heels class designed to help you build confidence, sharpen your technique, and have FUN while working hard.
Whether you’re brand new to heels or an experienced dancer looking for a challenge, this class is for YOU. We’ll break down foundational heels technique, movement, musicality, performance quality, and choreography in a supportive environment that encourages you to step outside your comfort zone.
Beginners are welcome! Intermediate and advanced dancers can expect opportunities to level up, add their own style, and push their performance quality even further.

Heels and knee pads are recommended. Not ready for heels? No problem! You can absolutely take class in tennis shoes.
